Sudhendu “Kash” Kashikar
CEO, Reveal Energy Services
Kash has more than 25 years experience in solving technology and business challenges. Before joining Reveal Energy Services in October 2016, Kash was VP of Engineering at MicroSeismic, Inc. where he supervised the commercialization of technology that quantifies unconventional well production behavior using microseismic data. At Silixa, he contributed to strategy development and implementation.
During his 20 years at Schlumberger, he had leading technology, operations, and business development roles. Kash holds several patents, in addition to authoring and coauthoring numerous technical articles.
Kash has a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pune.
Vice President, Engineering
An entrepreneur and innovator with 20 years experience, Sean has an accomplished record of commercializing leading-edge technology in the E&P and financial sectors. Before joining Reveal Energy Services in June 2016, Sean was Director of Global Operations for Microseismic Processing and Chief Software Architect for Sigma Cubed Inc. where he helped to commercialize the industry’s most accurate downhole microseismic processing software.
He also worked at BP, Halliburton, and Silicon Graphics. He cofounded the financial technology firm, Aqumin. Sean has an MBA from Tulane University; a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University; and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Duke University.
Erica is a technologist and expert in multiphysics modeling and simulation. Erica worked on multiphysics modeling in the field of materials technology and fracture mechanics before joining Reveal Energy Services in July 2016.
She was at the forefront of innovation for additive manufacturing and large-area electronics as a technologist at TNO, the Dutch national research lab. In 2013, she cofounded the European multiscale modeling and simulation counsel.
She has authored or coauthored more than 20 technical journal articles and contributed to two books. Erica received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. She received the ECCOMAS award and TU/e doctoral project award for her thesis.
Vice President, Sales
Scott has over 30 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Exploration industry. Beginning his career as a geologist for Safari Oil Company then, as a geophysicist for Digicon Geophysical and for the last 25 years he has spent most of his time in Sales and Sales Management roles.
A majority of his sales experience in developing new and successful business growth teams for start-up companies and for companies interested in expanding into new geographic territories.
Scott has worked most recently in this capacity for; Coherence Technology, Core Laboratories, Malibu Engineering, Paradigm and before joining Reveal in April of 2017, he was the Sales Manager for a company he helped build up and sell, Spectraseis, Inc. Scott has a B.S. degree in Geology from Texas A & M University.
Steven, who has more than 35 years financial management experience, joined Reveal Energy Services in October 2016. He has provided business process and support, governance, and operational counsel on a variety of projects, including the BP-Rosneft Sakhalin Island joint venture and, during his 20 years with Amoco Corporation, for the joint venture, Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company (GUPCO).
For nearly the past decade, he has worked in oilfield technology software and consulting services. Steven has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA with honors from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

HOUSTON, April 30, 2018—Reveal Energy Services announces today E&P has chosen IMAGE Frac™ 2.0 pressure-based fracture maps as one of the 14 winners of the 2018 Special Meritorious Awards for Engineering Innovation.
The 2018 Special Meritorious Awards for Engineering Innovation were presented at the Offshore Technology Conference today, April 30, in Houston. IMAGE Frac technology and the other award winners are featured in the May issue of E&P.
